Fantastic location to Bondi and the buses for access to the rest of the city. Comfortable bed and great sized room
No cleaning of the room or refreshing the towels/toiletries or emptying the bins throughout our 6 night stay made for a bit of a challenge. No access to any kind of parking or advice on where to park in the local area was hard on arrival. Whilst hilarious, the advice of ‘ask chatGPT’ wasn’t the most helpful.

I went for a private room, which for about 1500 for 8 nights was decent. It’s as advertised; just a basic room for you to sleep and shower in. You still have access to other facilities like the kitchen and laundry room, which is quite nice. Obviously the biggest perk is the place’s location at Bondi, which was great as I spent a lot of time there, and being able to quickly return to my room and back out again was a big plus.
There was some weird piping noises coming from the AC and bathroom, which was kinda disruptive when you’re sleeping. Noise was bit of a problem as well with not a lot of insulation for that.
The room itself could’ve probably used a table really, plus maybe a mini fridge if possible. The TV is quite pointless when you’re going on vacation at Bondi of all places.
Also, having a keypad for the front door of the building would be better for getting in and out in case you don’t have your phone with you. Since you’ll be at the beach and all.
