Très bon emplacement, donc séjour sans voiture. Situé en zone calme, et donc aucun bruit de l'extérieur.
L'appartement est propre, bien équipé. La décoration est harmonieuse et correspond au bâtiment.
Aucun point négatif.

This apartment was beautiful, well appointed, and walkable to all of the major sites and attractions. The city is very touristy; however, while convenient to everything, this property is completed removed from the hustle and bustle. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We took advantage of the on site parking and would recommend this as well.
Nothing - it was perfect. However would note that access to the unit in the second floor might be difficult for travelers with mobility issues.

Excellent location, great hosts, roomy beautiful apartment. Garden area lovely with plunge pool. Highly recommend.
Maybe a sink in the toilet room would be good.

Pros: Location heart of old town, near Central Market, about 15 minute easy walk from train station. Beautiful room, nice wading pool, had all the comforts of home, washer and dryer are located near garage free for use. Great communication with host, easy in with codes. Honor bar in lobby with many waters, beers, sodas, etc.. all about the same cost as in stores.
Terrance on roof was enjoyable for breakfast, (stairs may be a little steep if for some), Host left a wonderful folder with important information about unit, area around unit and recommendations for eating.

Location was awesome, quick walk to everything, huge apartment very large rooms, clean and had everything we needed. The building had a laundry which was helpful as we had been travelling for about 2 weeks so was handy to get clean clothes.
On one of the days my daughter needed to go to the hospital for some antibiotics and Tom the owner was kind enough to drive us there and checked in to make sure she was ok the next day.
Would highly recommend staying at this property.
Nothing!

No air con at night.

The property is very spacious, well maintained and is very centrally located in the old town Brugge. Tom was lovely, and we couldn’t have imagined a better host.

The owners were very communicative through the process as friendly when we met them is person.
The apartment was spacious and modern and in walking distance of everything you may need, it more than exceeded our expectations. The honesty bar is a stroke of genius for when all the pubs/bars close (we are brits!).
Everything was laid out in an informative folder when we arrived which made everything super clear.
One of the bathrooms wasn’t furnished with toiletries - a very small thing

This place is spectacular. It is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is excellent as was the engagement of the hosts both before and during our visit. Facilities in the apartment were generally excellent. Honesty bar was exceptional - choice, pricing and organisation. Parking was very good and really helped by the video - well done!!
Stairs were steep to get up to the apartment and within the apartment - just had to take it slowly especially when carrying luggage/shopping.

Lovely, comfortable, clean 4 bedroom apartment (we were 4 couples in St Jan) with everything we needed for our 3 night birthday celebrationary stay. 2 large bathrooms and 2 separate toilets suited us perfectly. Very convenient location in a quiet area. Having been in Bruges before, and knowing most of the roads are cobbled, we very easily got an 8 seater taxi with plenty of room for our suitcases. Make sure you read the online instructions for the heating and lighting and all will be self explanatory. The owner is on hand for any queries.
Nothing - faultless.

The apartment is beautiful. It is huge. I am not sure if that was needed for a family of 4. The living room and the dining room was very spacious and lovely. Our bedroom was comfortable, too. The shower was lovely and the kitchen was comfortable. The COFFEE MACHINE was awesome and made the best coffee!!! The video/sound bar system was nice and the host has 100s of movie to choose from. Having teenage girls, this was a plus (and netflix, too).
The host emails you the code to get in a week in advance. Of course, travelling all over for 10 days, I didn't remember who sent me what, when we got to the location, the host was less than pleased that we did not have the information at hand. He still led us to our apartment, but having walked 30 minutes in rain from the train station, a more non-judgemental welcome would have been more appreciated.
The host asks you to take the trash out: this was an inconvenience. I feel like we paid hotel prices to stay at the apartment and there is a cleaning fee included. That cleaning fee can cover the trash transfer to the bins in the garage.
There is a washer and dryer (the reason we booked this location vs other hotels), but every time we went to use it they were in use by other tenants. So we were unable to use the facilities. If that's the reason you are staying here, look elsewhere.
There was construction work next door early in the morning. This was not an issue for us, but our teenagers like to sleep in. In the US if these issues happen, they either give you a discount or give you a heads up. We did not get a discount or a warning that there were construction happening next door.
The location: it is very close to many things, but it is 30 minutes of walking from the train station. We had to drag our suitcases on cobblestone streets in the rain. They do have a garage so if you come with a rental car, this may be a better choice for you.
Lastly, the apartment felt very cold to us. They have you close each room as the areas are all temperature controlled, but still, we sat on the couch with blankets as it seemed we could not get warm with the heater.

Fantastic location, really close to all the sights, bars and restaurants. Both apartments - St Jan and St Donaas were exceptionally clean and spacious. Highly recommended.
A little tricky to find when your Sat Nav fails you. Got pulled over by the police while trying to reverse into the garage. I think we were just unlucky...

The apartment was located very close to the centre (but was on a very quiet street). The building itself is really beautiful inside and out, with lovely decor and a deeply fascinating cellar. Also, coffee machine!
