Great Location, Lovely Staff, Value for money but could do with a little work

Brilliant Location and very spacious. Easy check in and very friendly staff. Loads of space and reasonable views

The Jetted bath tub did not work, this was a disappointment as this is a major selling point for the property. Property could do with a little maintenance in some areas but all round great stay

Worst place we have ever stayed!!

Location was great... but that's it..

I don't even know where to start... I am never one to complain but this was beyond anything I have ever experienced. This place was filthy.. carpet was disgusting and everything needed a good clean.. I even went to use the oven then decided against it because the oven trays had food scraps on them.. Aircon had no remote so couldn't be used, when we asked we got told there should be one and if there isn't then bad luck.. The lift wasn't working the first few days so we had to carry a pram up and down stairs every time we wanted to go somewhere.. There was no dryer or clothes drying rack (according to booking.com both of these are stated as inclusions in the room we booked) so when we did a load of washing there was no where to dry our clothes.. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but the second bedroom is completely open to the kitchen/lounge area... do not recommend if you have children that go to bed before the parents.. it makes it very difficult.. not sure it can be classified as a 2 bedroom.. This are just a few of our main issues and I have taken a heap of pictures as proof on how bad it was.. I seriously wouldn't recommend my worst enemy stay here...

The room needed upgraded, the window to look out of, on to a brick wall was so filthy you couldn't see out of it anyway, the toilet was running all night until we fixed it.

Location is excellent, easy to walk around the city or catch a tram especially if you are first time visitors to the city. Had all the basic nesscessities in the kitchen, bed was comfy.

Noisy neighbours up stairs kept hearing the kids jumping on the floor. Decor is a little dated.

Good Location. Excellent little apartment block.

Very Disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. Needs a good deep clean. We found hairs from previous guests in the bathroom and in the bed. Fridge, cutlery and plates still dirty. Bed was 2 singles pushed together on wheels, which moved a lot, had 2 small pillows, had to ask for more… quilt had no cover, one flat sheet over mattress, No fitted sheet, when you move around at night the mattress uncovers… there was blood stains on one of the mattress’s. On top of this we had a jacuzzi in our room, we used it up once, when we turned it on we had mould and hairs floating around the bath with us. And then had no Hot Water for 16 hours.

Great location. The apartments need a lot of maintenance and cleaning

location , bedthe shower was dirty, the shower shelf was broken, May of the lights in the apartment didn’t work, the floors were dirty and sticky, the sliding dot onto the balcony could not be shut or locked, , This answer should be in the next box.

Location was fantastic, having a tram stop outside was very convenient.

No dishwasher as described. To connect microwave to power had to place it over the sink as the cable was not long enough. Only had one pot, sml frypan and a pyrex casserole dish. No sharp knife, luckily I brought my own just in case. The wide ledge along the bath made it harder to get in and out.

Enjoyed our visit to Melbourne.

How central everything was. The tram service was excellent & the staff were helpful & very friendly

The fact that although we could see the CBD skyline it was not the best as it was through a cut in the wall. The balcony was very small & you felt very close in.

Great location for seeing the main sites of Melbourne.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Booking handled efficiently and no problems during stay. The tram stops just outside and is free to travel in the CBD. .

The quality of some fitments is not great but everything we needed was present and worked fine.

we had a wonderful time in Melbourne at the tennis and once we did our own clean felt better about the apartment. it was

The location was perfect for access to transportation, trams out the front and central to walk through Melbournes CBD. Also easy to get to the tennis. 2 bed apartment was large and well laid out, floor plan was good. Easy check in and out.

units were poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. So dusty we had to request a vacuum be done to remove the visible build of dust behind the doors. Top of bed heads, PowerPoints and wardrobe tracks were the same. Dust build up in these spot was like it hasn’t been vacuumed or dusted properly in 12 months. main carpet areas appear to have only been superficially vacuumed between bookings. Dining and coffee table had not been wiped down, they were sticky and had food remnants. Shower had mould growing on tiled walls, appears to have not been deep cleaned in a while. Kitchen poorly appointed, for example only had one teaspoon. Sink not clean.

DISAPPOINTED! PENTHOUSE stay VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Three bedroom Penthouse review Cleanliness Poor!!! Replace all mattresses(badly soiled, poor condition) they should be on rubbish verge collection. Use mattresses protectors. Carpets and sofa’s need professional clean, (replace)!!! Feet blackened by dirty carpet, sofa’s smelt and felt sticky. Dining room chairs soiled and Band-Aid repaired. All lighting needs replacing, no under bench lighting in kitchen and ceiling lighting poor. Second bathroom, ceiling light not working. Given bedside lighting for bathroom as a temporary fix until lighting fixed. Used mirror lighting 24-7 to ensure safety when using toilet or shower (no natural lighting) Air conditioning poor, one room had no cool air plus it had hot water storage tank in wardrobe. NO WIFI!!!

Air conditioning was playing up. it needs another couple of comfy chairs in the lounge. it needs more china and cutlery
