Room was gorgeous, view was lovely, level 14 it was really great
The lift was a bit annoying, as it stopped on every floor because people pushed both buttons, and jumped in the previous lift. being on the 14th floor made it a long process at times.

Clean and perfect for our trip
No issues.

Breakfast buffet was great value at £16 PP as there's not much choice in the local area.
Staff were all great, rooms were basic, but for the price it was well worth it!
Rain shower meant my mrs had to be careful to not get her hair wet, but that's minor of course.
Pillows not great

Lovely staff, good breakfast
Room very small, no wardrobe space whatsoever. Bathroom lights came on automatically and took a long time to go off - not ideal. Also a green light over the door illuminated the room making it difficult to sleep

"the hotel is located towards the middle of the long Promenade and a few streets back. this means that it is quiet and still only a 10 min walk into the historic centre of town - I cant rate the staff ..."
