A clean, modern hostel with relatively simple, but large and comfortable apartments in a beautiful, beautiful location. The interior is finished with raw wood, giving it a unique atmosphere. The bathroom is clean and large. Very friendly atmosphere, people from all over Europe come here to hike in Aigüestortes. The hotel is a bit above the village, and the views of the village with its church tower and the surrounding mountains are otherworldly. The entire valley is one fantastic place.
The windows use Venetian glass but are installed in reverse. Inside, you only see your reflection as in a mirror, but an outsider can see you clearly. I'm sure it's a design flaw that should be fixed :)

The owners, Paul and Dulce, were so kind and helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area and places to eat - they were happy to help with dinner reservations and anything else we needed. It was also just really nice chatting with them! :) The area is beautiful with lots of great outdoor activities available very close by, and the town is cute with some restaurants and shops and pretty churches. The room itself is fully equipped and really has everything you could need to prepare some meals there, including basics like salt and pepper. A great stay!
While the apartment was great, the bathroom is a bit strange where the doors don't fully close, which doesn't give 100% privacy

Breakfast was basic and not worth at all.
The bedding was a bit bothering as I found few hair stuck on the blanket.
