Excellent stay! The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, and the breakfast was enjoyable each morning. We truly enjoyed our time in Sorrento.
The furniture is quite dated and needs to be updated. Also, we had a complete water outage on our first day; we know it was out of the hotel's control, but the staff didn't handle it well and failed to provide quick alternatives like bottled water.

Great location, easily walkable to centre/beach. Functioning air con, the pool was a decent size, not too busy and very clean, lovely garden area. Breakfast was a standard continental.
The room was very dated/worn down but it was clean. The gentleman on the front desk during the night shift was very stand offish and not helpful, although the staff that were on the day shift were very welcoming and accommodating.

Pool and location
Noisy, and poor amenities for a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. Had to almost beg for the advertised coffee.
