The location, the big kitchen and dining room, the clean room and bathrooms. The staff very friendly and helpful.
The size of the room, not big enough for 8 people.

Was easy access to city and not on a busy street
The room wasn’t overly clean. But you get what you pay for

Very nice and big kitchen with enough space, a lot of equipment and paper towels available (more hygienic). Nice common area and people
Some of the shared bathrooms for mixed rooms could be more clean

Location
There were only 2 toilets available on our floor. Third toilet permanently locked.
Very tiny for the amount of people using that space.
The noise levels throughout the night from the room next door and from the street below (at all hours)
