“It is rare to find this level of dedicated hospitality”
During my recent stay at the Hampton Hilton in Cluj-Napoca, I experienced world-class hospitality that deserves special recognition. Maria at the Front Desk provided service that was nothing short of exemplary.
She executed every interaction with unparalleled professionalism and hospitality. A perfect balance of warmth and professional poise. Specifically, Maria anticipated my check-in needs seamlessly / curated local recommendations tailored to my schedule. Her attention to detail and sharp presentation set a remarkable standard for luxury hospitality. Maria, doesn’t just provide a service; she elevate the entire guest experience. Management should be incredibly proud to have such an outstanding ambassador for the hotel. Thank you so much. Best regards, Dave Carrasquillo and Family!

Very good location. The services was very good, especially Maria Patriche who was very kind and very helpful with a personal problem that I have.

The location, the room, the fact that it had parking, the staff and the breakfast were all very good. I can’t say there was something I wished for and not had.

Hotel Staff were Good. Rooms were kept Clean. Hotel location was good.
Room tariff was very high for the room sizes and breakfast provided. Very limited breakfast options and not many vegetarians. No Shaving and Vanity kit were available even when checked with reception staff. Even water had to filled by self from the dispenser kept outside the room.
