the location and quietness
I booked a family room for 4 people based on the description provided during booking. However, upon arrival, we found only one bed in the room. The hotel then asked for additional payment to provide extra beds, which was not mentioned beforehand. This was misleading and disappointing.
Additionally, the corridor had a noticeable unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience.
I hope the hotel improves transparency
