Modern, efficient hotel that we have used before. Consistent quality. 10 mins walk from central station and very close to historic centre.
We expected the rooms to have USB portals as well as European plugs but they don’t.

It was a very comfortable room close to the station and easy walk into the old town

Clean, Quiet, Friendly, understanding and helpful. very convenient.
I'd turned cleaning away, but the hot tub room could have more towels, and extra drinking glasses, but I could have asked and didn't, and I'd turned cleaning staff away.

Nice clean modern room. TV worked and the bar was open.
The woman at the desk didn’t speak Dutch (strange to have to speak a foreign language in my own country).
They made me pay city tax afterward which should have been included in the price. So it looked like a cheap room but then it was being more expensive than I had hoped. I already pay tax!
The cocktail was €14 and mostly tasted mostly like lemonade. Served on a handkerchief.
Amersfoort itself is a really lovely city but this hotel is not so great.
