Alles hat genau zum meinem Plan gepasst.

Die Lage. Ich habe extra am Fluss und in der Mitte zweier Touristenhotspots gebucht. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit.

Die Dusche/Wanne hat irgendwie nicht zum saniertem Zimmer gepasst, aber sie funktionierte, daher nicht als negativ zu verstehen.

bien placé et super petit-déjeuner

Très bien placé pour se déplacer à pied dans le centre ; piscine au rez-de-chaussée (pas testée) et jacuzzi en terrasse pour profiter de la vue (super !) ; petit-déjeuner exceptionnel : le meilleur de nos 3 semaines au Cambodge, très copieux et varié ; chambre spacieuse et confortable

attention à ceux qui ont besoin d'obscurité pour dormir : pas de volets et rideaux pas toujours très occultants : valable pour tout le séjour au Cambodge

Danke und nie wieder!

Das Fitnesscenter war sehr gut ausgestattet und das teilweise freundliche Personal. Der Roomservice war sehr bemüht und die Lage perfekt - egal ob Shoppen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten - alles war fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Hotel hat seine beste Zeiten längst hinter sich gelassen. Da weiß ich nicht, wo ich beginnen soll. Im Zimmer ab der Decke Wasserflecken, die Dusche eine Katastrophe, die Außenduschen bei den Pools UNZUMUTBAR und das Frühstück war eine Frechheit. Statt frisches Obst und Säfte, kann man sich auf lapprige Pancakes, trockene Nudeln und nicht trinkbaren Kaffee "freuen".

Transparent bathroom windows . Someone in the Bedroom can see the person Bathing naked .This is problematic for personal privacy . It's voyeuristic and not at all palatable.

Perfect Location and Lovely Views from Rooftop

We really enjoyed our stay at Ohana Phnom Penh Palace hotel last week. We had a surprising and unexpectedly lovely view of the river from where we could watch preparations and early practices for the upcoming Water Festival in a cool breeze in comfortable surroundings. The rooftop pools (one cool, one hot) were very relaxing. Breakfast offered extensive options including delicious on-the-spot omelettes, many Asian dishes and a good selection of fresh fruit. The staff were helpful and responsive to our questions and spoke good English. The location is great - half a block away was a bustling food market and a little further along another market selling everything you could want. We would stay there again.

Elevator doesn’t go up to rooftop restaurant and pools which didn’t worry us but would be impossible for someone who has mobility issues. Be warned!

Great location

Spacious room, clean, balcony, location close to fruit veg market and river promenade. Roof top bar for breakfast. Nice pool.

Value stay in Cambodia’s capital.

Great location. Staff were lovely. The room was spacious and included comfortable seating and effective air conditioning. Breakfast included a good selection of foods and the view from the roof terrace was magnificent.

The shower is over the bath which might be tricky for older people. Also, the shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom. The bed was hard, but far from the worst I’ve experienced.

Nice location

The breakfast & friendly staff. Mostly the boys The view of the Mekong River and the monastery is pretty

We were wakened up by the prayers of the monastery at 5 a.m., every morning. Some days were not that loud but others🫨

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and all the staff was amazing. They are very kind and help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown area.

Trip to Phnom Penh Cambodia

The location is perfect for a trip to Cambodia. You are in the middle of everything.the hotel has a plunge pool and jacuzzi on the roof , perfect to cool down and relax, perfect view of the city.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. The staff were helpful. The location was perfect.

Location was good, as center of tourist spot and near from bus station (Wat Phnom Area) facility was clean.

Air condition didn’t work and when I told this to staffs (and manager) just say sorry but didn’t follow up. I was upset to pay 40$ for this stay

I've stayed here many times but there is room for improvement

The staff is pleasant, the neighbourhood is very central and safe, the rooms are very comfortable, even if they should be renovated in the near future. Breakfast is included (for the first person in the room) and is convenient and varied.

Some of the rooms have VERY poor WiFi..... At this room price, one should be able to expect BETTER.

Exceptional

I couldn’t fault anything about my stay. The hotel and the staff were brilliant. I had 24hr security for my motorbike at the front entrance which was important for me. Large bright rooms, fast Wi-Fi, hot shower. The roof top area was superb, fantastic views over the river with a nice breeze. All the staff were exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend a visit.

Loved it - highly recommend

Rooftop bar and terrace with hot tub and pool, main pool on ground floor, friendly, prompt and very helpful staff, lovely food in bar/restaurant. Close to river and tourist attractions too.

Just the guy at the reception

I truly believe it was a scam , after having changed three rooms we have decided to leave straight away . 1) first room dirty water coming out of the tap 2) second room there were hair in the bath tub 3) third room was dirty as much as the first and the second one Not worthy the money really . I was disgusted I left sick 🤢 , and I mean I am not that fussy ! By the way the place doesn't look like the pictures they show on bookings, I totally don't understand why , booking takes two days to publish a review cause they have to make sure is real and than they let fake photoshopped pictures to be published on properties 😅

Pleasant, affordable, convenient to the water front park and restaurants.

Family experiences at Ohana was well received, like the AC Unit that kept us cool all evening, and Front desk staff were very courteous, and rooftop Breakfast morning/sunrise view was very nice.

Exceptional

It is a beautiful hotel with old world charm. A highlight is definitely the roof terrace with bar and pool. The room was well appointed and really neat and clean. The room service was impeccable.. The breakfast was rather manageable with one sort of sausage... no piece of cheese. But for modest claims quite sufficient.

Breakfast staff bored and unmotivated - really bad. When ordering a taxi at the reception, a waiting driver from the mafia area was called to us, who then demanded 300% of the price. Management should stop that !! We then had to organize ourselves at the normal price.
