The location and charm

Nothing

Great location across from harbor and close to the cliff walk to castle. Very clean, comfortable bed, and surprisingly quiet since there is a pub downstairs. Big Scottish breakfast included. Great stay.

No complaints! If there’s no parking out front there is a free public parking lot a street away.

Location was good

Tired, basic room certainly not worth £130 a night. Food was ok but the service awful ( apart from American staff member who was polite and smiley). Breakfast ok but cheerless atmosphere.... Wouldn't stay again
