The location was great and the apartment was very spacious.
It could be a bit more cleaner.

Excellent location just a few minutes from the Old Port and metro. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, great shower and lovely thick fluffy towels.
The living space lacked any charm. Very basic furniture and furnishings. Because the windows were high up, you couldn't see anything so it was important that the room be attractive and comfortable.
A full length mirror would be appreciated plus a hook on the back of the bathroom door.

Location is great. Room was nicely decorated. Lift available.
Place was not clean properly. There was no place to put the soap in the shower and there were barely no toiletries left. Bathroom needed cleaning. There was a glass with dirty water left on the fireplace mantle upon our arrival. We had to buy trash bags, bath soap, and toilet paper. Only one little trash can in the bathroom and one little one in the kitchen. Manager was over 30 minutes late for check in and greeting.
