very misleading photos.

it was clean and good location

the photos online are misleading. the suites look and feel much much much smaller than in the photos. I guess some smart wide angle photos were taken. couldn’t help but feel ripped off. the hotel staff said all the suites were that small and if we wanted something bigger it’s triple the price.

Truly the best experience I’ve had for a very long time.

Well equipped, stylish, well lit apartment. The staffs are exceptionally welcoming. I’ve not stayed in a place this nice for a very long time. The Jervois has became my favorite from now on. Highly recommended!

Fabulous staycation, even if I was working. The location and comfort cannot be beaten.

I needed a base near my office with a bit of a staycay vibe, so I could finish my thesis and also relax in between running back and forth to the office. It was quite perfect and I wanted to have a second night as the bed was comfy and my little nest with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (with Nespresso machine) and living room was a treasure and had great views - of my office ha ha! The breakfast (avocado bacon poached egg toast with iced coffee) at The Cupping Room was wonderful and I was able to use the $100 dining voucher there to upgrade my Brekkie!

Nothing! Maybe more milk for coffee and tea in the kitchen. And less mosquitoes annoying the check-in staff and guests in the lobby (but there were none in the suites).

Overall great place to stay!

The room itself is very nice and modern. The layout gives a very "home" feeling rather than a hotel.

Just 2 issues. 1) Couldnt connect to the wifi at all. 2) The noise insulation is quite poor, as I could hear everything outside my door (the elevator doors opening, any staff using the stairwell), even though the room door is literally right beside the elevator door, I think some better noise insulation is needed.

Solid option, put it on your list

Good size and location. Friendly staff. Accessible to public transport. Pretty good value. Quiet room with double plated windows. L-shaped sofa was a nice touch. Laundry room. Coffee was replenished daily. Staff friendly and also amenable to requests.

Room was a bit dark and the artificial lighting was insufficient particularly at night. Cleaning schedules were quite inconsistent despite multiple requests for them to be conducted within certain time frames. I normally don't have such preferences but with work-from-home arrangements in place across Hong Kong, I found the inconsistency of the cleaning services to be quite disruptive.

the view was astonishing. great amount of space when compared to regular hotel. love the spatial arrangement. The attitude of the cleaners were superb, really made our day.

A stay at the Jervois feels like a very comfortable home away from home. The staff was helpful. I can see myself comin

There was a lot of light in the room. Location was within short distance from Mtr station and lots of cafes and restaurants.

The air conditioning could get a bit cold but staff adjusted settings for me. The shower area can get a bit slippery with marble flooring.
