It’s the best place to start a trip on an early morning Eurostar when you are not residing in London. Everything is easy and thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom was standout.
The bed was one of the most uncomfortable we’ve had.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Ideal for the stations.
Couchette is just a little too small for 2 people.

Very close to stations and convenient for the reception I was attending.

The room was well-appointed and well-laid out. Great location for St Pancras International Station.
Staff were not apologetic at waking me up at 11.30pm to ask if I had a tap on as there was a leak somewhere below the room. No 'sorry to wake you' or 'sorry for disturbing you'. Given how expensive the room was for the 14msq room (over GBP300) for the one night, I would have expected the staff to be more polite.
