Cute apartment close to amenities but can be noisy at night.

Great location. Close to everything.?

Mattress and pillows need to be replaced as it is 2 single beds pushed together. Wifi not working but host was going to organise service.Had to use Zadar free wifi

Perfect place for holiday stay in the old city center. Full recommended.

Localization was great, and the apartment was really comfortable. Everything has been prepared for our arrival. We have had chance to check in earlier than normal because it was outside the season. A flexible and helpful host, he explained how it works the door lock and how we should use the boiler. He recommended to us few nice restaurants, all of them were great. Mattress in the bed - for me to soft, but I have problem with my hips and prefer harder, probably for somebody else will be perfect - my roommate was pleased. :) Inside was warm and quite cozy. :) Once or twice we have used the kitchen - enough to prepare simple dishes or quick breakfast. We couldn't turn on the TV, but in general we have been there to explore the city and not to watch TV :) Perfect place for holiday stay in the old city center. Full recommended.

Super central location and big flat!

The house seems quite creepy at night, the beds are too soft, and the walls are made out of paper. You can heat every footstep from next door and every word that was said. Our apartment neighbours were extremely loud.

Very good

1. location 2. spacious 3. cute balcony 4. two AC(living room and the bedroom),even we didn't use them, but still nice to have.

1. the entrance is kinda scary at night 2. the soundproofing is really bad, around midnight, I think probably two other tourist came to check out. I can hear everything from them openning the door, plugging the phone, even sitting on the bed.

A comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of a beautiful, welcoming old city.

The flat was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony. It was perfect for our mini break in Zadar.

The mattresses are a little soft, but fine for a few nights.

A very nice place.

It was a very nice stay. The place was clean with all the essentials and the owner was friendly and helped with anything. The apartment is in an Old Town, close to everything. It’s a place, which I’d definitely recommend to a friend.

there was a nice view on the main street

-super dark apartment -shabby furniture -uncomfortable living-dining room -cheap shower curtain, which is also rather old -the building is under the construction (there's a lot of wires and building dust in stairwells -the coffee machine seems to be broken -the front doors are plastic–that makes the apt look cheap -wi-fi is unstable

The best place to explore and enjoy Zadar

Perfect position, very well organized with open spaces and all the privacy to work. Super clean and very strong wifi. Bonus for the TV, with several apps you can choose. We had a problem the first day with the wifi but it was fixed in record time. Thanks Andrej!

No toilet paper, no dishcloth. The kitchen is a bit small and there are not too many utensils. Not the best if you need to stay for a long time neither if you like to cook.

great place to stay in old town Zadar

I loved the location! it was central to everything I wanted to see. it was very comfortable (Bed is soft in case you’re wondering.) wifi was great. Andrej and Fifi were very attentive to my questions and requests. apartment was modern and big.

Lobby is being renovated. it will be even more lovely than it is.

Perfect location!

The apartment is very spacious, well equipment and has a perfect location (near sea, restaurants, bars, port). I definitely recommend this place.

Good

The location is awesome. In general there is everything in the flat you Need. Shower, a table to eat, balcony, a kitchen, TV, Wifi… Fefe and Andrej Are both super nice.

The devil is in the details. There is several areas in the flat that were not cleaned. All three doors to balcony do not work properly. Light above cooking and in main room are broken. The balcony could use some fresh painting. The TV has 600 channels of which only around 10 work - spend some time with it. What I not understand is all the people complaining about the noise - it is the Main Street of Zadar Old Town which is a tourist Hotspot. Of course there is people. We been there over the weekend and after the dinner-round around 11 PM it got much more quiet.

Near Old Town Church of St Simeon Very inexpensive!!!’ Lots of room kitchen with couch/folds out And separate bedroom. Heater bars in bathroom for drying hand washed clothing work fantastic!

Dark stairwell - no elevator - in use But apparently this is common for apartment buildings in former Yugoslavia
