.. well, I return to this hostel every year.. the reason is BBC Proms.. it's just like going home :)
.. I like the atmosphere, the beer garden, always meeting new people / friends.. I like the owners & last visit.. a poppy, of course / & the cat :)
.. there was an issue I was concerned about.. but I raised my concerns & spoke to the owner;

.. well, I am a returning customer and I really feel like going home (in London :)
.. unfortunately, on this occasion I found some of the staff acting completely unprofessionaly ( two females workers) .. the rest of the staff was very helpful and brilliant, as always;

Amazing location and exceptional staff. All of them were kind, attentive, professional.
- lack of privacy in all bathrooms
- lack of basic hygiene in the hallway (the walls you touch coming downstairs)
- the behavior of certain guests (such as using the female bathroom for drying their hair or put on makeup, leaving all their hair on the floor, or banging the doors well after 11pm, some of them creating tik tok videos in the shared spaces and making it impossible to watch a movie 🍿)
- the breakfast queue can be organized a little better
