It was absolutely unreal! What a fabulous location, central and directly facing Juliette’s balcony. It is completely magical. Steffi who looked after us extremely well was just amazing. The whole weekend was mind blowing! I almost don’t want to post this review as I don’t want it to get out!!!
Yes, I have to agree that as it’s within a mass tourist courtyard it gets busy and noisy during the day from 9am to 7pm but ear plugs were also provided! In my option this only added to the atmosphere anyway.

The room was amazing, spacious, exceedingly well furnished. The lady who welcomed us could not have been more helpful. Initial stocking of the fridge was in keeping with the overall high quality and value of the room.
Nothing to dislike.

The staff are very courteous and nice people.
I didn't realize the courtyard was a tourist trap that we would have to maneuover in and out of. Perhaps I should have researched this, I have never been to Verona before and didn't realize people were this crazy about a balcony for a fictional character. It actually made the stay unpleasant - I liked the images online and it seemed like a peaceful place to stay, but it was the opposite. Also, if you have the room that overlooks the street, it's super loud at all hours.
I booked a hotel because I wanted to have a breakfast buffet available, but didn't realize there was no reception or breakfast and that it was all refrigerated self-service.
