We had an excellent stay at this hotel while visiting Dolomites area: excellent location, walking distance to city center while avoiding the hustling in the tourist area; staff all are very friendly and willing to help; we were even offered the free parking and luggage storage when we moved to and stayed at another mountain refuge for one night; the views from the room are excellent so I no-stop took a lot of photos; the breakfast is more than enough to start a day. Strongly recommend it without any hesitation!

Convenient location with free parking space. Thanks for kind services for all. Breakfast was very acceptable. Small supermarket is nearby.
Make sure to choose balcony rooms.

The staff were kind and helpful, and we appreciated that the hotel has its own parking. We really liked the location – slightly outside the centre but less than a 10-minute walk to downtown Cortina, which was very convenient.
On the downside, the hotel felt quite old, and in our case the room was very outdated. From the photos we expected it to be more renovated. For one night it was fine, but I would recommend checking if there’s a big price difference with other hotels in the area before booking. Another thing worth mentioning is that at night the doors are locked, and to leave early you have to call a phone number to be let out. There was a sign on the door, but it would have been nice if this had been clearly mentioned at check-in. We left at 5:00 am for a trek and it was stressful not being able to exit immediately. They did come quickly to open once we called, but it was still an international call.
