A great value for a clean room; the location is convenient for buses/trains, but a walk to the city center; wifi worked great, there is a shared refrigerator at the reception, good noise-canceling windows; staff speaks some English.
A synthetic blanket was big (a queen size, better to have 2 full size blankets) and hot; my room was facing the back and there was some noise (a crying kid, a party from the apartment building across and a ventilation humming) on some evenings, so I couldn’t keep the window open for fresh air. The showercabine was very small with a shower curtain, although clean, sticking to the skin, when showering.

Excellent location maybe 200m from Besancon train station and Tram, surprisingly quiet considering the location, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and working, staff were very helpful when I forgot a personal item in my room and they kept it until it could be picked up, 9 euro breakfast is good value with good choices, convenient (to me) keyless keypad room entry, rooms are air-conditioned
No dedicated car parking, but there is reasonable cost car park nearby, plus free on-street parking between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m, rooms are a bit beaten up and could use a light refresh and touch up.

Very near train station. Comfortable room. Good price. Nice staff. Bed comfortable. V quiet. Breakfast not great but adequate
The shower was the only negative. So small it was impossible for me to avoid continually knocking the control causing the water to suddenly be too hot or cold, and having the horribly clammy free hanging shower curtain wrapped round me. Larger people will find the experience even worse.

Great location. Good size room. Good breakfast
General cleanliness can be improvement. Breakfast staff could put a bit more attention to details. My room was left wide open all day after morning cleaners had done the room service. Miraculously nothing was stolen but still reported to manager as this is unacceptable.

"Right next to the station. Bike room. Friendly multilingual staff. Nice continental breakfast with decent coffee. 10 minute walk through the park into town. I’d stay here again."
