Quiet room & location. Friendly staff. Close to Lille old town, shops, bars, restaurants. Short walk to the main train stations.
Minor issues - Mattress slightly too hard for me. No tea/coffee available in my room.

I stayed in disabled room. Very specious and easy to use on a wheelchair. You have microwave and coffee machine. Location is very good. A lot of restaurants for all tastes.( don’t go to Thai - dirty kitchen) pretty good coffee and tea
If you wheelchair user you cannot get the door opened. No button to call. You need to make yourself seen by receptionists. Receptionists do not speak English, but one. Window is not opening and there is no fresh air

Location
It was definitely budget. The room and bed configuration was like being in a hostel
