It is just perfect value for the money. Big room, hot water, air cond, balcony, pool patio on the roof.
We even were provided with good ferry price to Phi Phi islands right on the reception
Location is also quite good
AC is not powerful enough- just decent

Better than I expected, they are very good at cleaning, but yes, it is an old facility. Employees are polite and friendly
Its location seemed far to me, but it depends on the person. There is a bad smell at the elevator entrance, I hope they solve it, but it still can't be called bad 🙏
