The location is perfect! Great friendly staff, very comfortable bed with comforter ! Nice patio on rooftop!
Asked about taxi to airport and they offered to call for us. Gladly accepted but next morning taxi never came as we learned it was never booked☹️ we almost missed our flight as that morning there was not a cab to be had. I understand mistakes happen but perhaps not offer a service if unable to offer it.

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was okay as one morning the meat was spoiled and I did not eat it, central to everything, lots of activities - walking tour, sangria making, club crawl, bar on rooftop 5th floor n in the lobby. Rooftop bar opens 5pm-12am.
Noise from the rooftop bar as I was one floor below, but managed to get to sleep.

Great location, friendly staff.
The bunk beds were difficult to climb up into, ended up having to use a step stool to help climb up. Poor girl next to me ended up falling down from the ladder as the steps were very narrow and the first step is quite high off the ground.
