I loved the location and its convenance to so many other places. I love the staff members, so friendly and so kind. I love how our room was always kept clean and fresh when we come back from the tiresome day trips. It was just awesome. we loved it!
I guess the stairs, although there's nothing that can be done about it.

Sentralt i Long Streeet nær Kloof Street med mange bra restauranter.
Savnet mulighet for frokost.
Mangel på frokost. Mye støy gaten sent på kvelden .

Good. Spacious and comfortable.
The cleaning staff was rude and not well trained. The staff started cleaning the common area while I was eating there.

The property is lovely and conveniently located.
Unfortunately, there is a bar nearby and the music was very loud into the night!

Great location. Was exactly what I expected. In the central of Long Street don’t expect it to be quiet at night. Did get quiet after 2am, but this was no bother. They have an honor bar in the lobby for beers, wine, chips, etc. there are some stairs fyi. Outside on the street lots of clubs and some restaurants. Only 5minute walk from Kloof Street House - a wonderful restaurant. Overall I would stay there again. Our room, Number 1 was fabulous with a wonderful balcony overlooking long street. Awesome!
A bit noisy after 9 or 10 at night, but that was to be expected!

Great location in the CBD. Good bars, restaurants and night life within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. All staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Parking, at a cost, conveniently close at the church grounds.
The bed was uncomfortable.

it’s close to every main spot in Cape Town
it’s a little bite noisy in night due to there is a lot of night clubs around

The room was very clean and generally the staffs were all friendly.
The fact that this property has to generator and we had to electricity at times due to the shortage in the country.
Also we prebooked before and wanted to pay upfront, we never received the invoice and we clearly mentioned that we will be arriving the day after, as we reached early morning and wanted our rooms ready. They did not take the time to read the remarks and they cancelled our booking on the day we arrived. Thus we had to redo the booking and pay a bit more than we planned to.
We did not realised there were pubs and clubs downstairs. It was absolutely impossible to sleep , we had 4 sleepless nights, very very noisy area. It is good for youngsters who wants to party not ideal when you are here for business.

Please only stay here if you will join all the Africans in the street with partying till 6 a.m., since in my day during the weekend my bed and all my furniture were literally shaking because of the base drums of the party in the dance cafe downstairs, if not by the neighbouring clubs.
