Très bien pour visiter Mexico city

Tres bon hôtel. Personnel agréable, grande chambre, très bonne literie, propre, les chambres sont faites tous les jours, climatisation fonctionne tres bien, petit déjeuner correct (café pas top),mais petit plus café en grain disponible toute la journée dans le patio. A 5 min à pied de la station de métro. A 15- 20 min de l'avenue Juarez.

Loin des restaurants, compliqué de manger le soir.

El baño es muy pequeño en la recamara que nos toco, aunque como teniamos 2 cuartos en la segunda era mucho mas amplio , todos deberian estar asi

Great simple hotel, really comfy and good-looking) It was my first trip abroad from East Europe and I wasn't disappo

- Good location: for me as a bookworm having a book market near to place was a really pleasant surprise) Also as a female traveller I felt safe walking around the block alone in the late evening. I use taxis mostly, but metro station are near too. - Conditioner in room, I heard that it’s not so common in Mexico. And a good modern TV) - My knowledge of Spanish is limited by “hi”, “how much”, “thank you”, and English not so common here, but I felt myself all right) Everyone was so nice) - My friend was on crutches, so accessibility was important, and everything was great here with that) - The breakfast and cafe got really handy

- Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator in the room( Also no toothbrush or toothpaste - I saw soap scum in the bathroom, but I think if I had asked to remove it, it would have been done. - Cafe&room service only till 22:00

Excellent value for the cost

Excellent room with all the facilities you need for a trip, including great A/C, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, good WiFi, and a TV with Netflix.

Muy buena opción de hospedaje

Instalaciones modernas,habitación muy amplia y cómoda,decoración contemporánea el desayuno que se ofrece rico y variado.Super bien que ofrece autoservicio de cafetera de cortesía muy delicioso.Con gusto regresaría cerca de lugares de interés

Un poco complicado llegar al estacionamiento que se encuentra por la parte posterior

Lo recomiendo, buena ubicación

Camas estaban muy cómodas, las habitaciones bien. Y con A/C .

El baño, En la la regadera se tiraba el agua hacia afuera. El elevador muy pequeño y la comida muy sencilla y el menú no variaba

Ubicación céntrica para caminar.

Tuve problemas con mi A/C no enfriaba lo reporte y pasaron tres días para que lo resolvieran el problema.

Posizione passabile ma il resto lascia a desiderare

La posizione abbastanza centrale. Il signore a colazione cordiale e simpatico, ma penso che cambino, perché ultimo giorno c’era un altro a cui interessava solo chiedere la mancia.

Il Wi-Fi 9 volte su 10 non funziona La colazione é monotona e se ti capita un giorno di grande affluenza come l’ultimo del nostro viaggio devi fare la coda per entrare e c’è un casino enorme. Un solo asciugamano viso, anche se eravamo una coppia, uguale i giorni successivi Mancava il bagnoschiuma dovuto chiedere perché al secondo giorno nonostante lasciavamo aperto il dosatore per farglielo capire non lo riempivano, questo denota poca attenzione nel rifacimento della camera, non venivano rimessi the o altro. Si sentono tutti i rumori della strada che anche se poco trafficata si sente tutto. Al calar del sole in zona non c’è niente aperto

Would book again, but please provide fresh fruits!

Lovely clean room and bathroom, spacious wardrobe, and central location. They had beautiful Christmas decorations and some of the staff spoke English too. Lovely breakfast staff, I had a chat with the cute grandpa about the RBD concert I attended the day before and he started singing one verse, so cuuute!

Breakfast fruits were off, had food poisoning the day I left! Not ideal on a long flight back to London :(

Great location, very friendly staff & high standard. The included breakfast was good with many options (toast, cereals, fruit, eggs, …). We could lock our bags after the check-out and pick them up later. Comfy bed, too.

Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for dinner, we tried once and it was ok. There are much better options in walking distance.

The location is convenient. The rooms are big and clean. They made a mistake with our booking but upgraded our room without hesitation when they realised their error.

The shower is a bit old.

Amazing stay

When we arrived they upgraded our room for us! The bed was luxurious & the room was spotless. Shower had hot water & the tv was a smart tv so could watch Netflix, YouTube etc. the breakfast 2/3 days was great but the 3rd day was cold. Location was superior, 10 minute walk from Palacio de Bellas Artes, 5 minute walk from the metro & so many restaurants and street vendors around. Would stay again if returning to Mexico City.

Exceptional

Breakfast is different every morning. A strong dish and choice of fruit , yogurt , and or cereal. Pastries and coffee. Green juice and orange juice. It has a nice restaurant on a budget and a bar. Nice clean facilities and centrally located. They have bluetooth speakers built in every room with usb connections for your phone. Has an elevator and parking. Free coffee in the lobby and vending machine has beer for after hours.

Restaurant closes early and laundry service was a little high. They allow smoking at the door and it kinda stank when people smoked. Would be nice if there was a smoking area away from entrance.

Great stay for families!

We had a family room and it was perfect, enough space for our toddler to move around. The location is very convenient if you want to explore the city center area. The breakfast buffet had enough options and the food quality was good.

great hotel / staff / breakfast but please change your beds

as everyone states on here the breakfast is amazing. and it was. really looked forward to waking up to a nice meal. the staff was amazing and the facilities were clean

the one thing that really made my stay not as great as I had hoped was the bed. I had a hard time sleeping at night. it was like sleeping on the floor. really uncomfortable

Modern hotel, good value for money, healthy breakfast.

Good value for money, modern, close to the Balderas metro station and the wrestling arena, trustworthy in-house taxi service, good feeling of security, 24-hour front desk, free coffee in the lobby, satisfying and healthy breakfast was included.

Coffee machine in the room is a bit pointless on a ten-day stay if we are only given coffee capsules for the day of arrival :-) The floor should have been vacuumed more often. But these are small details, we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay with a good location.

Location is great. Close to Bellas Artes palace and few blocks away from the Zocalo. The buffet is basic but nice.

Wifi is terrible. The wifi is very unstable. The TV has setting issues It turned off suddenly every now and then.
