This is a very cosy, very friendly and very well located hotel in the Latin quarter. It is almost like a family hotel. We got the top floor with some view of the Notre-damme over the rooftops. The bed is comfortable and we could sleep well. We enjoyed our stay here very much!
The toilette space is very small and difficult to maneuver, perhaps as can be expected in the smaller hotels...
The elevator is old and slow, but that was actually nice, moving you to the Parisian atmosphere.
In my view, these are minor points.

Lots of character in the building.
As its an old building, there is minimal noise insulation but nothing you can do. I wasnt a fan of being asked to leave my key at reception. I understand the reason however just adds another step before i can get into my room each time.

Wonderful staff and very well located.
Just verify the size of room and amount of luggage you have before booking. They accommodated us fantastically!
Also note: if you are not used to traveling, the hotel is very European. Quaint. But tiny elevator. Clean! Wonderful old building... and even has air-conditioning.
