Spacious, clean, comfortable, with a very welcoming host who made it feel like home in a perfect location.

Lovely and comfortable apartment in an amazing location.

As others have said, this is a wonderful place! It was incredibly comfortable for our family of five, the location is amazing — a short walk to the center of town, a wonderful little market less than a block away, and a little rocky beach less than a block away. We didn’t need it much during our stay, but the air conditioning is very strong. The apartment was stocked with anything we could possibly need, and Alfina is kind and thoughtful. We had a wonderful stay on Lake Como!

Exceptional

The rooms were filled with thoughtful touches. Everything was sparkling-clean and in top condition. The double bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable and our kids reported that the pull-out sofa bed in the living room was great (we didn't use the single bed in the bedroom). Our hostess was kind, friendly, and informative: she met us, showed us the apartment, and gave us suggestions for dinner and swimming beaches.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a little washing machine and dryer in one of the bathrooms. It was a relief to be able to wash our dirty clothes. But, unfortunately, the dryer didn't seem to dry our clothes very well. But since I hadn't expected laundry facilities in the first place, I really can't complain! The apartment did come equipped with a clothes drying rack, so we took our damp clothes out of the dryer, spread them out on the drying rack, and let them air dry.

Two words - Amazing (accommodations) and Alfina (superstar host)

While we had many different accommodations during our recent travel to Europe this VRBO set the bar. Alfina, the host, was generous and hospitable welcoming us with such kindness assuring all our needs were met. She provided breakfast items and charcuterie meats for food during our stay in addition to thoughtful gifts (bottle of wine, pistachio cream). Secure private location with great landscaping. Layout of unit with comfortable beds and 2 baths were perfect for our family.

Nothing... would not miss an opportunity to stay here if you are visiting Lake Como.

Everything was so nice. Alfina is the best host possible. She made our stay a perfect experience. Since it was our honeymoon, she even had a surprise cake (so good) and a prosecco bottle prepared for us. If that wasn't enough, she fully stocked the fridge with a lot of good food that helped us a lot for our breakfasts. The apartment is very cozy and with the perfect temperature. Since our stay was in December, with a very cold weather, we found a warm and comfortable environment for relaxing and having a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful Varenna and the other locations in Lake di Como. We highly recommend staying in I Tre Oleandri if you come to visit this beautiful part of Italy. Grazie mille, Alfina!

Pleasant place to relax and call home during our stay in Varenna.

Excellent. Nice amenities and very clean. Accommodating host who is nice and charming. Wine, breakfast, and cold cut meats were included on the house, which was a life saver considering how early restaurants and markets close in Varenna during the low season.

I believe one of the shower handles was broken.

Great stay.

Apartment had everything we needed, really well equipped and supplied with coffee, teas, milk, (natural, almond, soya) , cereals, bread, cakes, everything you could need. Alina was so welcoming and friendly and apartment was so clean. Location is great just a short walk to ferries and main square.

Wonderful Apartment in Varenna

Alfina had everything we needed and stocked the refrigerator and pantry with many delights and a lot more. We had waters, juices and many other things available to us. Beautiful apartment that was close to ferry terminal and train station. She stayed in constant contact with us to make sure everything was OK and took care of dinner reservations for us. Plus a place to park our car,

Alfina was a fabulous host! The apartment fridge was fully stocked on arrival along with coffee pods for the machine. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a superb location close to Varenna old town, the lake and train station.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our host was wonderful and stocked the fridge with necessities and snacks. The apartment is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to town and the train station. The views while walking to town are breathtaking.

The host Alfina is the nicest and most caring host in all my years of traveling!

The apartment was very centrally located being just a 5-10 minute walk from the Varenna ferry docks. The apartment is very modern and spacious and immaculately clean, with everything you need for a family of 4 to be comfortable.

I would highly recommend!

Alfina supplied soo many items for our breakfast and more! I was overwhelmed with her generosity.

A absolutely wonderful sat right across from the lake. Great bed and bathrooms. You have a side yard all to yourself with lake views! Way better than any hotel you could get. Kitchen was awsome that she stocked with snacks. Already planning our next stay here

Everything was just beautiful!!

The apartment is amazing! Lot of beautiful details and loved that we had our own garden where we always had our morning coffee. The showers have fun different modes and there were lots of gorgeous products for us to use. Also got two winebottles as a present and lots of breakfast ingridients. Alfina was the nicest and the most joyful person. Felt really really warmly welcomed by her. 10/10!! ❤️

Perfect stay, I wish I could have remained for a longer time.

Plenty of breakfast and other freebies like cool water in the fridge and even a wine bottle. Nice location near the ferry and just 10 minutes of soft walking from the very center of the town,

The place is even better than advertised. Everything is pretty new and arranged with thought and care. Great amenities. Alfina was the perfect host. She not only gave us tips about local restaurants, but picked us up from the train station. We had a lovely time in Varrenna and the Tree Oleandri. Definitely recommend it.

Really nice, spacious apartment

The apartment was very spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We loved that there was A/C and really big and comfy bed. We had everything we needed. The host greeted us with fridge full of local products and bottle of amazing wine. The location was perfect.

A great location with a perfectly lovely hostess. Couldn’t ask for more. We will be back Varenna.

Our Hostess was amazing and so generous. The apartment was beautiful, just like a home away from home with everything supplied. We have not experience such generosity before. Our hostess booked a restaurant for us on our first evening and on arrival it was raining and she drove us to and from the restaurant. It was great having 2 bathrooms - more than we needed. Great space, lovely garden area, close to the ferry and the walking path along the lake to Varenna.
