Goede kamer en alles was netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was compleet. Locatie vlakbij het gezellige Blankenberg is goed.
Het heeft de gezelligheid van een ziekenhuis.
5.0

verpflegt.
Frühstück,Mittag-und Abendessen haben einen stolzen Preis.

Excellent location and cleanliness
During the night we hear a humming noise. A party whole night?

Nice location and access to beach. Definitely within walking distance from the main town.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at the hotel. Our family studio was well designed, clean, and made out of nice materials. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is easy. The kids had lots of fun on the mini-golf course (which is run down, but still enjoyable). And the location--a short walk from a big clean beach with fantastic dunes--is superb. It was an easy drive down for Bruges sightseeing, too. All in all, we were very pleased by our choice.
If there were more eating options nearby, that would be great.

Short walk to the sea, good price
They say that they are dog friendly and they really are so but the signs around and in the hotel says the opposite

Very friendly and efficient staff, comfortable room, very good location, easily accessible via public transport, particularly for someone on a wheelchair. Good facilities, including mini-golf, football pitch, basketball court, snooker, ping pong, but unfortunately no swimming pool.
Could have been cleaner and would benefit from better maintenance. Found sand on the bathroom floor when arrived and the floor was not cleaned during our three-day stay (this has been highlighted by other reviewers). Check-in time at 4pm and check-out time at 10am disappointing, but €25 to extend check-out until 3pm was fairly reasonable. Inventory price list for kitchen utensils totally unreasonable. I had to wash pots/pans, dishes and cutlery before use, as not very clean. Kitchenette extractor did not work.

quiet location , close to transit & we also like that there were bike rentals
we thought that the dinner was too expensive. we would have liked a la carte menu option.
The cafeteria did not have a menu in English……we asked .

The location was unbeatable, right next to the beach entrance and a tram stop. The staff were also top tier, and incredibly helpful (and also overlooked how embarrassing it was when I tried going through the wrong front door multiple times)
All the amenities in the room were very nice, but a water bottle or two would've been appreciated. It's a minor gripe but using water cups from the bathroom didn't feel exactly great.

conveniently located. nice beds. good value for money.
there was a humming buzzing noise during the night coming from the attick over the room. may a VMC. quite annoying. could deserve some fixing.

nice area close to the beach and the centrum
we discovered by depart that i pad’s cabel 3m long of my son disappered.we told this to personal and they promised to call us. nobody called. we left without cabel and no hearing sorry. it’s not normal that sth dissappers in the hotel and personal is relax! Bathroom really disgusting.

The beach.
There is no option for double bed. Just to single together. So I have to rachet strap the two bed together.

We were just trespassing and therefore it was very nice. Even with children. It all looked a bit old and from the past but it was warm, clean and close to the beach. There was a little fridge, TV and WiFi. So, if you don’t care much for the newest style it is a nice place to stay because it has everything you need. The beds were alright as well for a good night rest. We can totally recommend it.

breakfast acceptable.
cleaning.
5.0
location
it was not clean, the breakfast was the same every morning, our room was never cleaned the entire stay
7.0
The room was spacious and well furnished. In addition our room had a little ground floor balcony to sit out.
The secure cycle storage facilities were exceptional with electricity for recharging e-bikes and all the repair tools neatly hanging on a wall for any cycle repairs that could be needed.
The room was very hot and stuffy upon arrival and we had to open the door and windows to let the hot air out. There was no airconditioning.
The choice of TV channels was very limited and I don't think that foreign tourists were targeted.
The fixed price, all you can eat, buffet dinner in the main dining room was very expensive, especially if you only wanted a small meal. The snack bar was much better value because there you paid per item purchased. The food choice was perhaps more limited but nevertheless very adequate.

situation calme
simple et basique - un rien vieillot - mais relax
