Setting was beautiful. Lovely rooms. Felt like staying in a friends castle. Great for children too.

Clean, great staff. Quiet and peaceful at night. Beautiful surroundings
It’s the coach stop for tours to Butrint so during day it’s crowded and noisy.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Livia Hotel Butrint with our dog. The place was clean, peaceful and very welcoming, with kind and friendly staff. We really appreciated how pet-friendly they were. Great location and a lovely atmosphere — definitely recommended! ❤️

location to Butrint
Young extended family who run the place used the dining-room as their office/ living-room while we were dining, including 2 pre-school kids playing, shouting and crying. We gave up at 11 and the kids stayed up after us.
