The hotel was the last stop on our tour. I travel to Jersey fairly often for holidays and this is the first time at the Ambassadeur and I intend to book again next year. The location is good with a seaview and a bus stop very close. The staff were all excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Slightly out of the town, with a sea-view, in easy reach of a local shop and still walkable to town for meals out or sight-seeing. Clean, good parking.

The staff were absolutely amazing and are what would make me come back and recommend
Can't really think of anything

Room was clean. Good access to the beach.
Very dated. Bathroom badly needed upgrading. Very old sanitary ware and the shower pressure was very poor. Room was small, hot and stuffy. We had to sleep with the patio window wide open as that was the only ventilation but that felt a bit insecure and was noisy. There’s a noisy main road between the hotel and the beach which spoils the sea-view rooms. Breakfast buffet was limited. It might be fine if you want a cooked breakfast but there wasn’t much for the continental option. Also, breakfast finished at 9am which is much too early and meant that staff were rushed between 8:30 and 9, and service was slow. Receptionist on arrival was efficient but quite brusque. We didn’t particularly feel welcomed and nobody showed us where anything was. There’s a swimming pool but no swimming towels or changing facilities provided.
