Great location, easily accessible to everything. Separate bedrooms, which was nice as I was traveling with a friend. The owner was really nice and helpful. He met us at the apartment to let us in, and allowed us to store luggage. The balcony is great for people watching, and I loved the little forno down the block. My friend liked the cafe downstairs as well.
There's definitely some street noise, especially in the front bedroom. Having better black out curtains would go a long way in the back bedroom. Having a second set of keys would also be a huge help as we had to coordinate who had the keys and who was getting home first, etc.

Excellent location. Wonderful accommodation.
Sleep interrupted by street noise and coffee shop below. . The roof top terrace has no furniture and really should not be listed as a highlight.

location
The object is ok, but it is worth emphasizing that it is a room in an apartment. The biggest downside was the usual home door to the rooms without any gaskets and with thin glasses through which you can hear almost every sound from other rooms. A proper door in the facility would improve the comfort a lot.
