The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated having a private safe in the room to store my valuables, especially when travelling from abroad with important belongings. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. Overall, I had a good experience with the hotel and appreciated its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly service.
The hotel is located directly on a main road, so it was quite noisy. What I disliked the most was that when I contacted the housekeeping staff to ask for toilet paper, I was told that there would be an additional charge. I was very disappointed by this, as toilet paper is a basic necessity that should be provided by the hotel. This was the main thing I did not like about my stay.

Room was comfortable and location to public transport excellent.
Breakfast was not what was expected, think due to staff thinking this is a Buffet style breakfast so misinforming leading to incorrect expectations. What was cooked was well done though.
If you are not servicing room daily then basic cleaning products should be available, Brrom and Pan, Toilet Brush
If you using Laundry should be informed upfront it is outsourced and cannot be expensed to room. Also laundry should supply a receipt for work done.
