Nice location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood outside the historic center but within very affordable/convenient reach of it, thanks to proximity of a bus stop (#23, half a block away) and tram stop (T2, two blocks away), both of which take you to Santa Maria Novella train station and then Piazza San Marco, which is within an easy few blocks of the Duomo. The T2 tram also goes straight to the airport in the other direction, so this location works very well for those flying in. It was actually a relief returning to this family-oriented neighborhood at the end of daily sightseeing, with the center becoming more crowded and frenetic all the time. A pharmacy, cafe and several great casual eateries are all within a block (everyone was relaxed and very friendly), and there's a Carrefour City for basic groceries within a five-minute walk. The building has no lift but the flat is just two flights up. Communication with the hosts was great throughout, and instructions were clear. For my relatively brief visit I found the unit ideal - comfortable, the kitchen and clothes washer were tremendously convenient, and the AC was effective. I thoroughly enjoyed the area around Piazza S. Iacopino as an escape from the congestion in the tourist zone - which I gather is now a constant outside of winter - and I would have no problem staying here again. Thanks!

Una zona abbastanza tranquilla, appartamento molto pulito senza dire abbastanza conciante e molto è spassoso un materasso che è una favola è molto silenzioso
Solo una cosa che io sono asmatica e in ingresso sentiva un po’ di umidità sulle scale, ma non l’appartamento no niente dalla metà al contrario posso dirti tutti i positivi Appartamento veramente molto piacevole

Prontezza e celerità di risposta degli host.
Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno a Firenze non è iniziato nel migliore dei modi. Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento non era stato pulito dopo gli ospiti precedenti. Abbiamo subito contattato gli host, che si sono scusati per l’inconveniente e, nonostante fosse tarda notte, ci hanno prontamente messo a disposizione un altro alloggio. Questo nuovo appartamento era ben attrezzato e situato a pochi passi dal centro. Mi è dispiaciuto per l’accaduto, anche perché il primo appartamento aveva comunque del potenziale.
