This place was a gem! Of all our travels, this is one of our favorite places ever. Giovanni, Aldo, and Ruth (BIG shout out to Ruth!) were so kind and helpful. The location was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in both the mornings and evenings. The pool looked so inviting, although it was too chilly for us to use during our stay unfortunately. It was a perfect location for exploring Tuscany, and we were sad to have to leave. If you are lucky enough to be able to book here, do it.

What a fantastic property! Giovanni welcomed us at the start of our stay and gave us a tour of our room and the grounds and was super helpful and was always on hand if we needed anything during our stay. The surroundings are magical, the views and sunsets beautiful and it really is the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. The pool is glorious, with plenty of sun beds to soak up the sun. There are a few other apartments on the property, however it’s so quiet that a lot of the time you feel as if you have the place to yourself. Giovanni has implemented so many lovely touches to the place that make so much difference - fresh mineral water, fresh herbs and limes that you can pick directly from the tree, and tables that sit right on the cliff edge so you can watch the sun rise and set with your meal. A magical place that I would recommend to anyone!

The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy, which led to a couple of nights of bad sleep. There was also a strong smell coming from the bathroom at times. It’s also worth noting that there are lots of bugs and mosquitoes so I would recommend taking a strong repellent.
