No daily service, so no rubbish removed, no clean towels,

the room I booked wasn’t the room I got. they had 2 single beds pushed together as a queen bed. the air conditioner didn’t have a remote so I was moved into another room that was better.

Had to climb stairs to get to our room. I have bad knee...It didnt state the room we were booking was upstairs
