Very good location close to tram and buses to Venice.
Dario is very helpful with everything including places to eat and our taxi to airport.

Most friendly and forthcoming owner imaginable. Took his time to wait for us outside the restricted zone to lead us to a dedicated parking slot and walked with us afterwards to find a restaurant after 11pm. Came in the morning to make us breakfast and all fresh breads and fruits.
If I hadn’t called the owner upfront, it had been difficult to find and park
