We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! The location is simply unbeatable, right next to the beautiful Teatro Massimo and just steps away from one of Palermo’s liveliest streets, filled with an incredible choice of bars and restaurants. It’s also within easy walking distance of the airport bus stop (around 7 minutes), the hop-on hop-off bus stop few meters away, one of the famous local markets, and the main shopping street. Everything you need to explore Palermo is right on your doorstep!
The apartment is located in a beautiful, historic building that feels very secure. Inside, it is wonderfully spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of character. Although some features show a little wear and tear, suggesting it may have been renovated a few years ago, the apartment is still beautiful, clean, and full of charm.
We also really appreciated being personally welcomed at check-in. Our host was lovely and gave us lots of useful tips and recommendations, which made our stay even better.
We couldn’t have asked for a better base from which to discover Palermo. The combination of the fantastic location, the spacious apartment, the historic surroundings, and the warm welcome made our stay truly special.
I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough! We would absolutely stay here again.

If you want to be in the thick of it all, centrally located, this is a good place. Apartment met all of our needs. Loved the view of Teatro Massimo and the square. Very communication and check-in process.
Area is very touristy. Too touristy for me. For less tourists I'd look a little further north, NE of where we stayed.

Location was excellent - right next to the Opera house in the centre of Palermo. Clean apartment. Fairly easy to park round the back (although had not realised had to pay for it). Nice person greeted us to give us the keys.
The apartment was listed as having a separate bedroom and living room but when we got there it was just all in one room - double bed, sofa bed and dining table. I complained but the owner did not answer his phone to sort out the issue. Coffee machine did not work and sent boiling hot water all over the kitchen counter which could have been dangerous.
