Paco Hotel Tianpingjia Metro Guangzhou

An Excellent Stay — A Hotel That Truly Won My Heart Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 👍 What I Loved My stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to China. From the first day we arrived to the last day we left the country, this hotel made our experience comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. Sometimes, it doesn’t take much to win a guest’s heart — just genuine kindness, excellent service, and a willingness to accommodate people. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay. The front desk team were friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping and room service staff deserve special recognition for their kindness and the care they put into keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. One thing that really impressed me was the hotel’s flexibility. Our outbound flights were cancelled, forcing us to postpone our arrival by two or three days. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation, and they kindly adjusted our arrival date without charging us an additional fee. That level of understanding and customer service meant a lot to my family and me. We arrived very late at night, but we were still able to find places to eat at nearby restaurants. The hotel’s location was another major advantage, making transportation to the various places we needed to visit easy and convenient. I initially booked the hotel for only a few nights, but after experiencing the comfort, cleanliness, reasonable pricing, and excellent service, I kept extending our stay. In fact, I maintained my booking from the first day we arrived in China until the day we left. Even when we travelled to other cities and stayed elsewhere for some nights, I kept our rooms booked because I was so satisfied with the hotel. Compared with the other hotels we experienced during our trip, this one stood out for its cleanliness, location, affordability, and friendly staff. The hotel also provided breakfast, complimentary drinking water, tea, and, on some days, a can of Sprite in the refrigerator.

👎 What Could Be Better The breakfast could be improved, as the selection and quality were not always the best. However, this was a relatively minor issue compared with the many positive aspects of the hotel. There were also nearby restaurants where guests could find other food options. Apart from that, I had a very good overall experience, and the hotel’s excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and reasonable prices more than made up for this small shortcoming.

Everything was good in paco hotel but the Internet was frustrating, i couldn't connect with WhatsApp to reach my family in the uk. Please do something about the Internet so that one can connect also to WhatsApp.

I didn't like that the Internet wasn't good enough that I didn't contact my family in the uk.

a business hotel located near TianPingJia Metro. Clean Rooms with adequate facilities. Many Food stalls located near hotel and just opposite Fruits Wholesale Market and Dry Goods Market just across the street. Hotel Provides Free Bottle Mineral Water and Mini Bar of Cold Beverages. Breakfast was adequate with mainly local dishes although the selection for the 4 days were pretty much the same. Would have appreciated if they provided more varied options. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and most of the in room amenities were well appointed. The staff very friendly and helpful. I had some parcels delivered over the few days there and they carefully kept them and needed proof of the corresponding tracking number ( so gave me good sense of security )

Had requested for non smoking floor, but unfortunately were assigned to Level 3 and the smell of cigarettes makes the stay unpleasant. The carpet looks like it needed a good cleaning. But thankfully they provided bed room slippers so did not have to make contact with the carpet. The Location is a bit far from traditional tourist spots like Beijing Rood area so need to take DiDi or Metro. Not much to see around the hotel location.

Breakfast was fair but more variety of hot dishes will be good

The male staff at reception has an attitude. Not friendly. When you ask for help he brushes you off.
