unimaginably ugly experience, the aforementioned is only part of the whole drama that we experienced.

Nothing, it was hell

we were greeted by a lady who does not know English, very impatient and unpleasant. We did not receive basic information such as the Wi-Fi password. There was no toilet paper. Parts of the sanitary facilities are poorly maintained, and much of it is worn out. It was cold in the apartment. When we turned on the air conditioner, the power went out. we had to turn off the lights so we could turn on the electricity and air conditioning again to warm up. Than the power went out second time. Lady, manager of the apartment, didn’t won’t to turn it on agin. We were in the dark for 30 minutes. She wasn’t answering the phone. Than we went to knock on her door. She was yelling something on the Italian, and that was the moment when we called Booking to request cancelation. Tomorrow morning she came to the door yelling again, didn’t want to let us pack our stuff in peace and comunicate cancelation terms with Booking. Than she called police.

the property was lovely itself but the lady managing it was a terrible experience.

location property itself

the owner was more then unprofessional and useless and I never experienced anything like this before. from the start we couldn’t communicate as the lady spoke only Italian. there was no ac in one of the rooms her response was ‘other guests didn’t complain’ could not solve the problem. 10 minutes before check out she was rushing us to leave the property threatening us with additional charge. it was even hard to get enough toilet paper and there was enough gas in a cooker just for few minutes. But most terrible thing was that she tried to charge us €50 for some imaginary damages we supposedly done, demanding money from us through Booking.com. Because of that she should not be allowed to advertise on booking. com to save other people from this kind of terrifying experience.

Great place to stay in San Vito lo Capo

The apartment was clean and spacious, away from the crowds of town center in a quiet lane 10 minutes walk away from the beach. It had comfy beds and roof terrace with panoramic views of San Vito lo Capo.

Very comfortable stay in a very nice apartment.

The apartment is exceptional, roof top balcony, sunny, modern appliances, clean, everything you need for a fully furnished stay in San Vito. It's a ten minute walk to the beachfront part of the city, and the main market is even closer. The people who take care of the property were extremely helpful and in the same building. Very much recommend staying here.
