EL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO ESTABA RICO, NO HUBO VARIEDAD EN SI DE PLATILLOS EN LOS 3 DIAS QUE ESTUVIMOS, PERO LO QUE HABIA ESTABA RICO Y EL CHICO QUE ATENDIA AMABLE Y SERVICIAL, EL PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA AMABLE AL IGUAL QUE LA CHICA DE RECEPCION, LAS CAMAS COMODAS, EL BAÑO CON UN ESPEJO ESPACIOSO, ASI COMO TV CON CANALES POR CABLE. LA ALBERCA CHIQUITA, PERO PADRE PARA REFRESCARSE UN RATO, ADEMAS EL DIA QUE ESTUVIMOS EN LA ALBERCA NO HABIA MAS HUESPEDES USANDOLA.

QUE PARA SUBIR LAS MALETAS A LA HABITACION NO HAY ELEVADOR, PARA LO CUAL ES BATALLOSO SUBIRLAS O BAJARLAS, EL WIFI BATALLO PARA AGARRAR. QUE HUBIERA ESTADO PADRE QUE NOS DIERAN OTRA SILLA MAS EN LA HABITACION, QUE EL BALCON ESTA CERRADO COMPLETAMENTE CON MURO POR LO CUAL NO ES POSIBLE VER LA CIUDAD.

Me encantó la ubicación, la atención del personal y las instalaciones en general

Mejoraría la limpieza de los cuartos, llegamos y había un pedazo de churro en una esquina del piso y un cabello en el baño, son detalles mínimos pero dan mala impresión al huésped sobre la limpieza de los cuartos, cuando en general si está limpio, solo detalles

1. Olor a Raid del cuarto que no se fue nunca. 2. Aire acondicionado ruidoso que te despierta cada 30 minutos. 3. Cama dura. 4. Pasillos oscuros. 5. Renté cuarto de 1 cama Queen size y me dieron uno de 2 matrimoniales

A very comfortable stay at Hotel Danna.

Everything was great. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location

For the price we paid, water would have been nice to be provided. There was 1 small bottle in the room for 2 people. Usually there is a water tank available near the room, so at least we could refill. A coffee maker would have been nice in the room-the room our friends had, there was a coffee maker.

I booked this because of the amenties, and the central location! All Grande'!

buffet breakfast was great. Eggs, tortillas, juice, coffee, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, toast. The works! The executive suite with the refer and microwave and coffee machine and space is worth every peso more! We had room 102.... at the end, not near the pool. That's the one!

The pool is small and if you don't get in before 4pm,the sun dips beyond the building, and it gets colder....of course.

Good stay in centro Colima with great breakfast

Nice stay in a good location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and other sights in Centro. Great breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Only Spanish is spoken. I speak some Spanish but sometimes have difficulty understanding. The young man at check in spoke slowly and I was able to understand what he was saying.

We had stayed there before, all was as expected.

Very good little hotel at the Heart of Colima

Great hotel. The location is perfect and the Staff is friendly and efficiente. Having an small pool, really makes a difference and it was quiet in the morning before noon.

Other guests were noisy and I believe the staff could not do much about it. Maybe if they tell people when they are doing their check in that common areas should be respected.

I wasn't given the right room. I also didn't like that inqaa going to be charge $210 for person that wanted to see me in the room. I was traveling from thebunusted state ro colima. I had family that wanted to see me but they couldn't cuz they were going to be charge. I stayed their and my room was also not cleaned. The days that I stayed.

Great hotel , good location

This is a lovely hotel the place is spotlessly clean and all the staff we met were friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. The shower in the room has to be one of the most powerful showers I've ever had. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the small but perfect pool on a hot day. The breakfast buffet came with the room rate and was perfectly acceptable. Another good thing is the parking that belongs to the hotel and is very close. We really enjoyed our night at the hotel and in Colima itself we walked 5 minutes to the main square and all the restaurants and bars, with some lovely music playing.

The quality of the towels they were perfectly fine but not very large and fluffy. The fridge is in our room wasn't very cold I don't know if it needs adjustment or renewal.
