Mr. Philippe is a very kind and welcoming host. He met us at the entrance to the building and explained every detail about the apartment. We were three people, but the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
We had everything we could possibly need during our stay, including a coffee machine and coffee capsules. And the fact that you can sit on the little balcony, enjoying a coffee or a glass of champagne while admiring the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre, was an unexpected and wonderful bonus.
This is not a major inconvenience for a small group, but there is only one toilet. Fortunately, the shower is in a separate room. Since the apartment is so close to a major tourist attraction, the area can be quite noisy in the evenings, but the advantages definitely outweighed this minor inconvenience.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Philippe welcomed us and was so concerned about us keeping cool during our stay - he did a great job with A/C and fans so that the apartment stayed cool even through quite hot Paris summer days. The kitchen is super well appointed and there is lots of space to eat at the dining room table. Location is superb - Being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the windows in one room and the Sacre Ceur from the other room was very exciting for us. Being on the top floor, it was fantastic to have a lift inside the building too.
