It is just so relaxing at Effie's House. We normally never go twice to the same place but this is the only exception.

Everything! Location is peaceful and away from the turist noice, the room was perfectly clean, Effie is extremely kind host. The house has its own part of the beach, with sunbeds and natural shadows of olive trees. Loutra Edipsos is very close, few minutes from the house. This house has enough parking space for all the guests, which is not usually the case.

We liked everything. The beach was great with loungers and umbrellas. Water was lovely and calm. Efi was a wonderful hostess.

The location is beautiful. Nice beach view. Clean!
We were met by Effie when we arrived. She asked for payment right away. We paid her cash. When we arrived home we had received a charge for the room on our credit card statement. If you were involved, Shame Effie! Only for that reason would I NOT recommend staying there. Hope you enjoy the extra cash. My wife'e Grandfather was from Evia, so we will come again, stay somewhere else.

The price performance ratio is breathtaking. What you get for this little money is just amazing. An own appartment with kitchen directly at the sea, with a private beach, with loungers. Even after nearly 2 weeks, we still couldn't get enough of the great view at the oceam from the balcony.
Moreover, the whole property is perfectly clean and and beautiful to look at. Furthermore, Effie is a very nice and helpful host.

The property is very clean and tidy, with everything necessary to hand. A beautiful roomy balcony looks onto the sea, and the private beach with exclusive umbrellas and sun loungers. The town of Aidipsos is a couple of miles away with shops, bars, and tavernas.
