Breakfast is not included in the accommodation. We bought breakfast from Pekara David and Ribola Market 26 nearby. Location was excellent for us. Split city centre is about 10 km away. We had a rental car to move from A to B. Accommondation has a small but good parking lot. The easiest route to move around by foot was the walkway along the beach.
I can't say i didn't like. Things are just different in different countries. The main road to Split had rush hours but the worst delay was 10-15 minutes. Traffic is quite hectic but everything went well.
