The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor. Voli supermarket is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient as we often bought groceries and cooked for ourselves. Kotor Old Town is around 10–15 minutes away on foot, and the main bus station is about a 15–20 minute walk, making it easy to take a bus to places such as the Kotor Cable Car and Budva without having to drive.
The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and we really enjoyed staying here for several days. The host was also very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to our messages. Overall, it was a very relaxing and convenient base for exploring Kotor and the surrounding area.

Great location. Close to shops, old town, beach and port. Hostess was fabulous. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Shower blocked so could do with a clean. Kitchen is not so well stocked

We spent 6 nights at this apartment in Kotor. This apartment is in an absolutely perfect location, only a 10ish minute walk to the Old Town and right on the Dubrota-Riva Promenade so it’s perfect for dinners out on the promenade. It’s also across the street from a public beach so we loved that too!
The apartment was perfect, very well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and just like in the photos. Super comfortable!
As for the host… she was great and very responsive on WhatsApp. She gave us recommendations and when we asked about hiring a driver to take us around for a day before we got our rental car, she referred us to a family member who gave us a great tour.
5⭐️ We will definitely stay here again if we visit Kotor again.

The apartment itself is lovely. It is clean, modern, well equipped and the double bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent and, for a couple, it would make a great place to stay.
I booked this apartment for myself and my mother because we needed two separate bedrooms. Before travelling, I contacted the host to clarify the layout and was told there were two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed.
In reality, the second bed is in a very small loft space accessed only by a steep retractable metal ladder. It is not a bedroom, and the listing photographs do not clearly show that this is how the second sleeping area is accessed. I could not even carry my suitcase up the ladder because both hands were needed to climb safely. It would be unsuitable for many guests, particularly older people or anyone with mobility issues.
I was also disappointed by the host’s response when I raised this during our stay. Rather than acknowledging that the description and pre-arrival confirmation of “two bedrooms” could reasonably have been misleading, they insisted that I had not analysed the photographs properly. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to understand our concerns or offer any goodwill gesture.
My disappointment is not with the apartment itself, which is very nice, but with the way the second sleeping space is described. If the listing clearly stated that the single bed is in a loft accessed only by a retractable ladder, and included photographs showing this, guests could make an informed decision before booking.
Given that other guests have raised the same issue in previous reviews, I genuinely believe the listing would benefit from clearer wording and photographs of the loft sleeping area and ladder so that future guests can decide whether it is suitable for their needs.
