Gorgeous room, great locations, great value, stunning bathroom and and living room space. They even bought us pastries for our honeymoon. so thoughtful!

We had a beautiful spacious double room on the ground floor with a window on a garden. The bathroom was very nice. I loved the hand shower. Die beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and quiet. It was easy to walk everywhere and it was nice to stay on this side of the river. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful - they gave us some great local recommendations. The location was good, with a few nice wine bars nearby.
We had no running water for 2 out of 4 mornings, which is crucial for Florence in the summer time. The fire alarm also incessantly beeped for a day and a half, making it very difficult to sleep (this was fixed quickly when brought to the staff's attention).
