Basic rooms, but has everything I needed for a short stay (it was a nice touch to have comp drinks in the fridge). Good location (short walk into the old town and train station). Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast we delicious. Pleanty of choices and delicious pasteries!. The room was big enough for two of us not to be tripping over each other. The single room was very small, but adequate. The dog Tony was a huge bonus for us!

We thought the breakfast was exception for being included. The staff were very helpful as we arrived with no internet on our phones and they were trying to help us get back set up.
Location was perfect as it was only 7 minute walk to Firenze SMN train. We even rented a car during this stay and car location was right near there as well.
