The location was perfect, very near to the subway. Matteo, Christian and Danielle were really helpful with our requests.
The toilet could be slightly bigger.

A wonderful stay with truly excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and generous throughout our visit. A special thank you to Daniele at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and effortless. He gave us excellent recommendations for sights and restaurants, arranged taxis and helped us with many other things during our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, and I especially appreciated the fresh fruit in the room – such a lovely and generous touch. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!
