Location, relatively quiet area of Kuta/Legian with so great food options, shopping, massage/day spas close by. Staff were so lovely as well.
Not a lot to fault. The kids club was an added bonus, however was a little dated.

Clean and the main pool
Even after raising multiple issues with the lagoon room deck not being stable it took 2 days for anyone to look into it. Then the air con in the room was leaking causing an accident. Again somone had to get hurt before it was taken seriously
