My husband, sister and for a week, my niece stayed in house. It was very spacious and very close to the beach. I had a couple questions of the owner and she she responded very quickly. There is a garage as well as extra parking. There are two porches, one in the front and one in the back. The bedrooms were very spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans etc. I highly recommend it!

We were so impressed with the comfort, cleanliness, and how well-stocked everything was. The owners provide everything you might need, including equipment for the beach and a wagon to carry it in. It's a block and a half to the beach, with a long stretch of dunes to cross over, but there is a boardwalk at B Street. We highly recommend.

We love Kristy’s & Len’s properties. Right where we want to be. Cozy and very functional for a home away stay to unpack, settle in, cook meals or eat out and relax. Both were very responsive and concerned about our stay. So many extras provided and dog and bike friendly! We rented cruisers this time from the nearby Pit. We love cruising around the neighborhood streets and on the beach at low tide. Great beach for Bocce Ball and watching the surfers! We will be back!!!

The home is spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and amenities. The house was well equipped and clean. Loved the private off street parking, all the windows and light in the home and ceiling fans. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located at opposite ends of the house which was nice for privacy. Communication with the owners was great. Would stay here again.

Great location!!! Closer to the beach than some of the condos we have stayed in. Great amenities- garage full of beach toys. So handy! Lots of linens and kitchen well stocked. Comfy beds with ceiling fans in each room. Neighborhood is so awesome! Cons; one broken ceiling fan. Air conditioning went out but was fixed promptly!

The Coquina Gables was a wonderful little getaway! Walked to the beach, close to St. Augustine Night of Lights and lots of great restaurants to choose from!!! Everything was in working order, very clean and updated (except for bathrooms and kitchen cabinets)! Had a great time and would definitely recommend this place and would come back here if we’re ever in the area again!! Loved it because it’s dog friendly also!!! 💕

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Len & Kristy's Properly. Everything was as described and the location was great. This properly would work well for friends, families and even co-workers, like us. Although a tropical storm/hurricane hit while we were in town and shut nearly everything down, we felt safe at the house and we're able made the best of it. I would definitely return next time I am in town

My family and I came to St Augustine for a wedding and this beach house was perfect! Walking distance from the beach. Very neat and clean! We really enjoyed sitting outside where the patio and furniture were! I would definitely recommend this property and will be staying again if I come back to St Augustine.

We had a wonderful time at this house! It has everything you'll need for a wonderful family beach vacation! The property owners thought of everything! The owners are very prompt with communication and everything was easily accessible and as described! Everything worked and was comfortable! This was the perfect house for our girls weekend! The house and location are amazing! Parking, off street, for three cars, very well appointed, so close to the amphitheater for concerts (we saw O.A.R. and Dispatch), 10 minute drive to downtown, pets allowed, quick 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of beach amenities available for use in the garage. We're already planning our next trip to St Augustine and hope to rent this property again! And, thank you for the Prosecco!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We visited my dad who lives in St. Augustine. House is well stocked and clean. We were very comfortable. Only thing is the water pressure in the master bath needs to be stronger. Beach is about a five block walk. It was nice our daughter and son in law could bring their dog Dot. Highly recommend! Thanks for hosting our family.

This property was extremely clean and updated. Location was not too far for a walk to the beach as long as you have a beach wagon or something to carry your things. The kitchen was lacking in pots and pans so if you plan to cook, you'll want to bring some of your own things. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
