magnifique appartement, mais insonorisation très insuffisante

la localisation, le parking privatif, l’équipement et l’agencement de l’appartement, ainsi que sa propreté.

le canapé lit du salon qui était abîmé et dont le matelas inconfortable grinçait à chaque fois que nos enfants bougeaient. Nous occupions l’appartement du 1er étage, et dès 06h30 du matin, les occupants de l’étage supérieur faisaient un vacarme qui a réveillé toute la famille. Bruits de chaises tirées sur le sol, enfants qui crient, adultes qui parlent fort, portes qui claquent…. le gros point noir de notre séjour a été le manque de civisme des autres occupants de l’immeuble, ce qui est bien dommage quand on veux passer quelques jours de repos en famille. Sans cela, le séjour aurait été parfait …

Great place to stay - long promenade along the sea is beautiful.

Maria was replying immediately and was very helpful. Location is unbelievable- very close to the sea (1 min) and center. We loved to have kitchen and washing machine. It was very quite. We were able to use parking next to the building .

only one thing: no body soap and mo shampoo - please bring yours .

Superb

The property staff were very friendly. We loved the location only a short walk 100M to the beach. Close to all the dining and activities. We had a ground floor unit that had all an enclosed garden which was amazing for our small dog.

There was no dish washer detergent or dish soap available in the unit. It was missing basic amenities we have seen in other places like extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish clothes etc. I had to purchase all this myself, not a deal breaker but would be nice to know before hand. Finally there is no place to hang wet towels in the bathrooms or bedrooms perhaps installing a few hooks would be great.

Really recommend for dog-owners. Worth the price for a comfortable stay.

The location is superb and the apartment met our expectations - clean, spacious, lovely views and very comfortable beds. I found the owners to be friendly and very reactive when there was an issue with very noisy people upstairs. The apartment is well-equipped and modern and you are literally a minute's walk from the beach (possibly less!). Plenty of good places to eat and a dog-friendly beach nearby (reachable by car) that was perfect for us and our dog.

So may people using the hot tub was off-putting, but it didn't really matter as the beach was so nearby and I prefer the sea anyway,

Great appartment for a stay in Rosas

The Property was comfortable, had all amenities needed and the AC and WIFI worked well. Really nice terrace with views out to the sea. Easy to park with free underground parking and the receptionist Maria was super helpful and nice. Comfy bed and nice shower.

A hidden gem in the heart of Roses

To wake up to a sea breeze and view of the ocean was exactly what we needed. And to be able to do this from our balcony while sipping the coffee provided (yes, there is a coffee machine! 😍) was just wonderful. Our dog loved it too! Bright and modern layout with a fully equipped kitchen. Quick and responsive service from Maria who went above and beyond when booking and arranging late check in. For those who like a bit of luxury, head up to the rooftop jacuzzi at sunset - absolutely stunning views and very relaxing!

What’s not to like? It was an all round wonderful stay.

Excellent Apartment, Excellent Location, Just Excellent!

The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival. The unit is well equipped, very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect being 50m from the beach, boardwalk and many good restaurants.

There were only very soft pillows in the apartment. It would be nice to have some firm pillows extra.

Very nice

The flat was big enough for 4 adults and a dog, beds are good, everything is super clean and smells nice. 2nd line from the beach - great location. The rooftop terrace with jacuzzi is great. We also had a terrace in the flat, nice for having a breakfast. Parking is narrow, but we managed to park our medium size car. There’s also parking spaces in the street. We had two different coffee machines in the flat - dolce gusto and Italian cafetera - would be nice to know that before arriving, so we can take our capsules/coffee and use it right away.

The only thing I can think of is that we would like some basics in the kitchen - like salt, pepper and sugar. And missed shower gel in the bathroom (there was hand soap thought).

Great apartment and location. Would strongly recommend it.

Everything was great. The apartment was bathed in sunlight all day long (4th floor). Lots of space, Every bedroom led on to a balcony. Nice sized terrace for dining. Smart, well-equiped kitchen. The jacuzzi on the roof was greatly appreciated.

Not enough comfortable seating in the living area. It would be good to add an armchair or two. There is only one sofa which seats 3 people. The bar stools and dining chairs are fine when eating and dining but not for relaxing on at the end of the day.
